Pros

Nice office Excellent sales people Good incentives How can I forget the fruit? You get to go home at the end of the day There’s running water in the office

Cons

Take note before this is taken down or if they ask some disillusioned employees to post positive ones to mask this up. Favouritism is rife. Perfect that corporate laugh of yours and make sure you stick your hands out when the gifts come your way. Call stats! 2 hours call time a day is an essential. Apparently your ability to ride a council switchboard is a key measure of success. All I managed to do was rack up their phone bill (probably why they made £1 million less in profit and the share price nosedived) I am useful after all!! Customer success? More like customer failure. The termination rate in escrow is alarming. But it’s alright! Did you get through to *insert impoverished council* today on the phone? BAD DEBT. The old debt problem is probably NCC’s biggest embarrassment. Credit control let bad debt roll on so they can get paid more when it comes in. Account Managers are supposed to bring in business, but at NCC they’re more life glorified debt collectors. Management teams make no difference to the sales performance. It is surprising they’re in their positions. The wider departments do everything the can do prevent revenue coming in.
