Pros

Top notch technical teams, exciting industry, some great products and services,

Cons

Has been poor management in the past although they are improving. Unrealistic targets in many cases, and poor commission structure. Some products are EOL in all but name.

In regards to your cons management and remuneration, it's difficult to comment on these without more information but we always recommend speaking to HR in regards to any management issues and recommend speaking to your line manager in regards to remunerations in the first instance and again our HR team are always on hard to help, if you need to discuss anything further.
