      Pros

      You get lots of support for the position itself. The team and seniors always happy to provide support. The manager is approachable and treats everyone fairly. Good for general experience. Although expected to work every other weekend, there is a lot of time in the week off to make up for it

      Cons

      Access to internal tools is a struggle to get quite often. Training package and willing to support with certification is poor

      Great upside, communication and leadership. Pay is great as well.
