1. Bad WLB, gigs are chained together, no time to take a break after completing a long gig 2. The CEO is unprofessional and childish, he does not care about consultants, and he has been ruining NCC Group. 3. The management is dishonest and good at telling lies 4. Some benefits such as training budget is eliminated since the 1st layoff, and no salary rise. 5. No job security, they cut almost half of consultants in NA so far. 6. If you take PTO, your are far away from bonus, and close to layoff because decreased billable days RUN AWAY!!!
