We are working hard to identify ways to improve the efficiency of our systems and processes as well as looking to adapt our ways of working to meet ever changing market needs.
We agree with you about support in areas likes brand and marketing, it’s now a key pillar of our strategy announced in February and a focus of investment. We’ve developed a new brand for our escrow business (watch this space for Cyber) and this year we’ve been more much visible at large industry cyber events. That’s just the start with much more in the pipeline in the next 12 months.
With the appointment of our new COO responsible for capabilities, and our CTO too, we’re seeing tangible improvements across the development and delivery of our capabilities, services and products and we’re confident our clients will feel that difference.
