Pros

* Great health coverage * My team is awesome, and doing the best they can with limited upstream support * Still allows remote work in North America after closing offices in SF, Seattle, Austin, and Waterloo * New off-shored office in Manila looks quite nice, certainly much nicer than any of the four US offices that were just closed

Cons

NCC has major attrition problems and is losing senior talent and knowledge at an alarming rate, with effectively zero action from leadership to resolve. Nearly all, if not all, executive leadership within the US has either left or been fired. C-suite claims they're still "heavily investing in the region", but really only marketing/sales. Non-marketing spend is looked at under a microscope, many training budget requests are denied, IT's forced to recycle used hardware instead of buying new hardware. But come see our extravagant presence at BlackHat! The current NCC is myopically focused on building out low-cost commodity testing from the off-shored office and selling as much as possible, without anticipating how to deliver the volume of work at the quality we were once known for.
