Pros
Great potential to be a market leader, I spent over 10 years there and made a fortune. There are people here that can develop your career massively. Sadly like many of the quality before them they will leave because they have ethics, or stress/fear or managed out of the business because they never said "how high" when one of the Capitol said jump! Very much a door is always open policy, although start looking for a new job because you won't be there after 3 months. If you like fast car websites, Twitter, racing websites or TAG watch websites there's a guy there who can give you the full in's and outs. If you have a strong character and can risk a few years then I would recommend NCC, as you can make a lot of money and it can teach you what not to do further in your career.
Cons
I have seen many reviews on here that appear sarcastic and slightly over the top, however there's no smoke without fire! I spent a number of years at NCC Group in many roles so I got to see the real thoughts and feelings towards staff and clients, and sadly whilst the company has real potential it's very much a 'do as we say, your opinion doesn't matter, you're either with us or against us' led company. There's much reference to the 'looked after 10%', this sadly is very true. It's not what you know it's who you blow! Apparently there's only 1 successful sales approach for all 100 sales staff, and that's minimum 2 hours call time every day. Unless you're in the 10%. Success is nothing if you're not liked, that success will be given to the 10%. Quite often you can be embarrassed and put to shame in a floor meeting, bye bye man card the Capitol now own this so get back to your district! If more than just you knows something, then everyone knows. Your alleged private conversations work related or other can be spoken about with unauthorised peers.
