Employees don't matter - Patient Services Representative NCH Employee Review

Management and upper management are completely unconcerned with employee satisfaction. Allow horrible employees to remain while good employees pick up all the slack. Rediculous policies that are only made known after the fact. No one is your friend... Everyone is self absorbed and out for themselves. Will throw someone under the bus at any given time. PSR's are treated poorly... Like low class citizens.
