21 patients for 1 Tech Unit secretary made $3.00 more an hour than I did, and I had daily patient contact. Self scheduling is a joke and non existent. Co-workers would hide in empty rooms to avoid helping others. Basically treated like utter garbage, and if you complain or voice to management how you feel, you'll get called out for it in front of your peers at the next staff meeting. So, no open door policy what-so-ever.
