Pros
This is a great stepping stone in your accounting career. The systems are antiquated and most of the accounting work is manual. I'd recommend any college student fresh out of college to swing through NCH to get their feet wet.
Cons
The pay is below par, most positions pay less than a cashier at Costco. NCH will walk through fire for the Doctors ~ Nurses however, will not dump a glass of water on an accountant if they were on fire. In short, the accountants are treated as third class citizens.
