I make $27 an hour - Registered Nurse, BSN NCH Employee Review

Pay is downright horrible. It is frustrating to hear there is a “shortage” of nurses… There’s just a shortage of nurses willing to be paid nothing for a difficult job. It is a highly skilled knowledge set, but pay does not reflect that. I love being a nurse, I give amazing care, I am an asset to this hospital. But I will not last here. Cost of living is high in Naples. Can’t make an actual living on this pay. Can’t afford rent, bills, food without being in a deficit. That’s sad. NCH, it’s time you care about your nurses! And all of your other employees too. It’s not just us. You won’t have a hospital if you lose all your hard working employees.
