Pros
not much to add it used to be an ok company to work for now it has turned military.
Cons
very low pay wages- - no training when assigned to a new specialty- poor management- no resources for coders- the main resource is google- no coding books no programs just encoder and the lowest most simple version-- constant duty assignment and requirements with redundant excel spread sheet to constantly track case time and denials work on the daily basis. no accountability for other higher up positions only for coders constant bashing of what we are doing wrong not what we do right, no monthly meeting to get education and what are the denied trends while having to work denials without a clear view of why things are being denied. poor medical benefits- can't use out of network benefits unless you live three counties outside the NCH location. no incentives no perks or discounts. they took away the few they had.
