      Very nice, safe area to work.

      Cons

      They prioritize profits over patients. Horrible pay considering the area. Cutting benefits in 2023? Insane. Intentionally understaffing the floors and units to save the hospital more $. No incentives to pickup. Bad nurse:patient ratios with the constant looming pressure to take more even more.
