Pros
They will spend money, just not on their employees. A pay freeze went into effect a few months after I began and still is in effect years later, no annuals, no bonuses. Not for anyone outside of clinical.
Cons
Zero support for remote employees. If you don't want them, don't hire them. Benefits were always messed up for remotes and when you would contact HR to assist, they would become confrontational. Over a year later they sent me to collections, I called back to find out for what and never got a response. Bad company, don't work here. I should have realized with the amount of turnover.
