Read the previous reviews and understand this: none of them are exaggerated. not even one bit. If anything they are restrained. That alone should tell you everything you need to know. This is one of the rare cases where taking reviews “with a grain of salt” is not recommended. The patterns you see in the reviews - weak leadership, high turnover, burnout, and lack of real support, no raises, no bonuses for close to a decade are absolutely real. A significant issue is the firm’s reliance on a heavy PR and marketing machine. What’s presented externally is engineered to create the perception of value. The narratives, frameworks, and positioning are marketing devices used to justify high fees. Good design? AI will do it (it won’t) Investment in top leadership “faces,” only yet many lack a meaningful understanding of design, execution, or how to build a healthy, functional workplace. The frequency with which these individuals cycle through roles only reinforces the instability and toxic pattern. As a client: question everything. As an employee: seriously consider alternatives.
