NELSON is a great place for people who enjoy a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and ever-changing environment. Employees are encouraged to bring new ideas to the table, take ownership of their work, drive results and make an impact. The firm also supports professional development, offers work-life flexibility, and provides opportunities to learn, grow, and collaborate with talented teams across a variety of projects & practices. There is never a "closed door", regardless of level, everyone is so approachable and willing to help. The people are GREAT!

Although the changing priorities can bring renewed energy, it can be challenging at times.

I have been with Nelson WW over 5 years and have found it to be challenging in a positive way. Leadership is supportive of new ideas and encourages an entrepreneurial culture. Leadership is visionary and strategic as it looks forward to growing the company and people. The company keeps up with technology and maintains a competitive edge within the industry.

My experience with Nelson has been great! I have been working for the company for over five years now and I continue to feel appreciated for my contributions to the company. The benefits are great especially the access to pet insurance as I do not have any human dependents myself, but I can still get coverage for my very hairy son/dog ;)
