Pros
Been here for sometime and really enjoy working here. How do I know it? I am quite happy going to office :). Things are getting better and better. Fun loving, highly motivated and smart team. It is definitely competitive environment but folks are very helpful and collaborative. Team leads and managers seem very dedicated and hardworking. Does seem like a place of potential to grow, will have to wait and see what course it will take.
Cons
Sometimes the team leads and even engineers of few teams seem to have lot on their plate, probably because of some major product overhaul initiatives. There seems to be some push to improve this so lets see. Hiring more Sr. Engineers would help.
