Pros
The only reason I lasted was because of the people.
Cons
Where can I even start? The company is all about kissing up to the right people to move to the top. They hate women, only promote the men who happen to be friends before working here together. It felt like a fraternity more than a professional work environment. Upper management changed to someone with no experience, did not make any sense on why he was the manager. They preach about work/life balance but you would receive a hard no if you asked for a day off, however, if you were friends with the manager, he would encourage them to take a sick day. If concerns were brought up about being short staffed, they would brush it off and only focus on the customer success team. When there was a bug with this horrible software, they would shrug their shoulders and never provide a solution. They let go of someone because they simply felt threatened by them. They preach about moving up the staff, don’t care about what happens to the rest of the team. The list goes on. Stay away from this company if you want a drama free, professional work life. You’re better off working at Starbucks, because I’m sure they would treat their employees better.
