WFH days given Snacks at work/Friday lunch Team Events Great career growth for those who can become a part of the inner circle It is also a good place for those who are around for a long time and for those would like to “get by”
Cons
-Different yardsticks for promotions, no proper system or reasoning provided. Expect to work long tiring hours with a lot of dedication only to be rated the same/lower than those who slack around all year and suddenly show some effort in the last quarter -You need to fight for things you deserve and may not get them even after showing evidence in your favor - Folks from certain regions stick together and behave like the “bullies” of that department
