Pros
NEOGOV is a stable, growing company with a great leadership group and management team. The product & service that they offer to their customers is always improving and their is tons of room for the companies growth. The CEO provides a clear vision for where the company is headed and the management team is takes that message and runs with it. The people at NEOGOV genuinely care and are fun people to be around work hard.
Cons
Career paths are not always provided and advancement can be difficult. The CEO is a charismatic people person, but can also play favorites at times. Favorites are rewarded sometimes who talk a big game, but don't back it up with the work. Sometimes, holidays are used as Team Training Days or Mandatory Fun Days which can be frustrating. These are small pieces of criticism, things that can be fixed I believe.
