They've destroyed the products and the companies that they acquired. - NEOGOV has no interest in keeping employees; we are bleeding people left and right and no one cares. Instead, lots of underpaid contractors are hired from overseas, with a huge time difference and a low interest in the product. - The salary is also way under average salaries for tech positions - The work atmosphere has become an ass-kissing culture where a group of people that has prior or long-standing connections blocks any changes/discussions and covers for each other.
