Pros
You get free snacks, good culture (if you're caucasian and under 30 years old), no accountability if you have poor performance, PTO is managed poorly, so pretty much unlimited. Good place to gain "experience" and by experience I mean a paycheck. They do pay decent.
Cons
No company direction, changed at least 20 times in the 3 years I was there. No career progression - I was never trained, or pushed to be better, pretty much sink or swim on your own. Management will treat you like another cog in the wheel, for being under 100 employees, you'd think they'd care more about culture and you as a human. Turnover is around 50%. Average lifespan of an employee is less than a year, because it's such a mad house. If not for the SaaS business model and having 95% government customers, who are hell to work with, this ship wouldv'e sunk long ago.
