      NEOGOV's reputation is certainly a factor. The brand is very strong and I admire the culture they have developed. With great compensation comes great work life balance and there is ample of growth opportunities within NEOGOV.

      Excellent work-life balance, excellent benefits, decent salary, true open-door policy, upper management/c-suite are amazing human beings.

      Aggressive commission structure. If you get a low quota as a first year seller you can make decent money
