Pros
Great co-workers, decent pay, great teamwork and an overall easy job
Cons
The product can be frustrating. There are still a lot of kinks that need to be worked out as it is an ever changing and growing system. This can be annoying when clients are wondering why something is messing up, why we don't offer a specific feature or there's always bugs needing to be fixed. The clients can also be frustrating because there are times when they aren't holding up their end of the responsibilities for the implementation to flow properly. Leadership isn't bad but there are times that I feel as though they don't understand our frustrations from where we sit in the process. They aren't in the actual day to day of the implementing and building, so they don't see a lot of the frustrations and issues. Aside from that, I don't have many complaints. There's no micro managing, I'm able to do my job and I am trusted to do so properly. There's also a lot of flexibility for the most part. Things can be improved but that's with every company and I can see things moving in a positive direction.
