Upper management does not know how to run a company. They have very little business experience and rather than take the time to ask questions and learn, they continue to make mistakes without learning from those mistakes. Poor benefits - very little vacation time, health care is much too expensive, no matching 401k Poor communication - upper management does not share information with the employees. No one is made aware of the vision of the company No HR department. How can you be an HR company without having an HR dept of your own?
