Could use more performance raises

None that I can think of, Except the next job you have, you’ll appreciate the hell out of it!

Micromanagement of the worst kind, the kind that doesn’t trust employees they day they start. The kind that trains their managers poorly, and the one I had was a control freak, which is why there’s so much turnover. If you enjoy cleaning toilets, and taking out trash it’s the job for you. Just expect to have zero freedom to do your job, and account for your whereabouts every second of the day. Expect 2-3 worthless meetings a day lasting between a half hour and an hour of mumbled garbage.
