Pros
- Lunch provided Tues and Fri (Not anymore) - Budgets for team outings given every month (Also gone) - Great workshops and budgets (Also excluded) - Great and friendly employees for the most part - Organizational structure of assignments were fairly managed well - Good place to grow and develop for any skills and within the gaming industry
Cons
- No room for growth in the company unless outstanding - After major layoff of employees in Feb 2012, employees were asked to leave immediately. When visiting, only those close to management were able to hang out while others were given a few minutes. - temp status can go on as long as two years in the company (maximum) - privacy - compensation (underpaid at most positions especially in the technical side)
