-No room for growth & plenty of empty promises (aka "carrot dangler") -Downward company trajectory -Poor business decisions and lack of accountability -Lack of essential man power/resources in team structures -Horrendous customer and billing support -Controlling developers get final say & end up publishing the games -Cultural bias clearly evident to the entire company -Pathetic team building and team bonding events -It all comes down to the bottom line. Cost cutting and revenue numbers are ALL that matters, period.
