      The compensation is in-line with other gaming companies. Small, start-up environment. Analysts don't have long hours.

      Cons

      Management doesn't know what it's doing; it's all new people and there's no one in charge. Also, obtrusive meddling from Nexon Corporation.

      Nice coworkers and vibrant office environment. Cool working for a company that I play their games

      Cons

      Absolutely terrible leadership and management. Understaffed, overworked, projects mismanaged then staff gets blamed for their inconsistencies and mistakes when we had minimal say in the planning and implementation process.
