      Pros

      Office being remodeled, will soon be very nice. Quarterly events. Free food and beer sometimes. Lots of room to experiment and grow. Some great and brilliant people work here.

      Cons

      Company is rapidly growing and as a result is experiencing significant growing pains. If you cannot handle constant change, this will be a challenging environment for you.

      Nice coworkers and vibrant office environment. Cool working for a company that I play their games

      Cons

      Absolutely terrible leadership and management. Understaffed, overworked, projects mismanaged then staff gets blamed for their inconsistencies and mistakes when we had minimal say in the planning and implementation process.
