      It's a good foot in the door job. Great benefit

      Cons

      Not much room for advancement if you don't transfer to a different department. Pretty hard to make friends with the korean speaking engineers.

      Nice coworkers and vibrant office environment. Cool working for a company that I play their games

      Absolutely terrible leadership and management. Understaffed, overworked, projects mismanaged then staff gets blamed for their inconsistencies and mistakes when we had minimal say in the planning and implementation process.
