Pros
Comeraderie with co-workers was great, especially when everyone was being similarly mistreated in the toxic work environment. They are diverse and inclusive. They do promote a healthy work-life balance and don't encourage excessive overtime outside of an urgent scenario.
Cons
Absolutely terrible management. Very toxic, with no value placed on employee experience, even though they claim to be a great place to work. They have absolutely unreasonable expectations when it comes to the workload they place on each team member, and won't spend the money to hire more employees even when they double or triple the deliverables. It's horribly mis-managed. Whenever they don't meet a goal or a deliverable, they blame it on employees. If they reach out to you, don't even consider it. In the video game industry, anyone with Nexon on their resume is basically blacklisted, based on the terrible reputation they have for their business practices. They very rarely if ever promote from within, even if you are already doing the work of a position much higher than your technical role.
