Pros
Friendly and ambitious people to work with. I miss most of my co-workers, and they saw value in my work.
Cons
No career trajectory. Low pay. Asked me to stay longer than 2 week notice and explained I may lose my COBRA benefits if I don't comply. Hopefully, the culture has changed since I left. I had a pretty close professional relationship with a lot of people across departments, and was told to not tell anyone I'm leaving (with no reason as to why). I didn't enjoy seeing the shock in their faces when they found out. It felt wrong, and I probably won't do that again.
