Pros

They will train you from the grass, you can learn more about warehousing by getting through all tasks. You can learn a lot from the managers, but in the harsh way. You can received the compliments from Manager like "great job" but it is just the way they communicate, not really mean it. The colleagues are friendly and supportive and they pay you weekly, yes, every week.

Cons

High demanding with the harsh workload, they usually push all works to you and ask why couldn't you finish all the tasks while they also know how busy it was. You do the job of 2-3 people and when you ask for more support, just a promises or low budget. Micro-management on everything you do, even with office staff, you also needed to submit productivity report daily for any email that you sent out, how much time for checking emails, reply to customers, any action,.... You need to be good at giving compliments and also say yes to all the tasks to get the favouritism from the manager, otherwise, even you do great at your job, they will not care.

Pros

A few coworkers were relatable and could commiserate over how bad things were.

Cons

Management was absolutely horrible. People have to get injured multiple times before taking a safety issue seriously. A guy died from a heart attack and they continue with business as usual without any consideration that the stress of the place contributed to his death. Supervisors played favorites and I got threated with writeups for nonsensical reasons, so I had to call HR multiple times. They were more interested in assigning blame to the client company and being combative than in actually learning to fix problems. There was practically no formal training. All of it except for a couple power point presentations was done on the job, and it occasionally resulted in contradictory instructions from the client's employees. Communication was generally horrible. I found myself saying multiple times "Tell me what you need and I'll do it." They wouldn't fix the issue of radios failing either, so I got blamed for failures when nobody could notify me of a problem. I guess that was too much of an expense for them to justify. The pay was a joke for the amount of responsibility put on this position. The sickday/attendance policy was a bureaucratic mess, and people got fired for taking PTO that was approved.
