Pros

Working 4 days 10 hours

Cons

This company is the worst I’ve worked for. The first month was ok, only because I had a 30 day work step/ survey of the company. Shortly after that’s when everything went down hill. Bad environment, very toxic, favoritism. Female adults acting like children with drama, putting people down, talking about people. If you haven’t been there for a long period of time they never make you feel welcome. Upper Management tells you one thing but doesn’t apply to the favorite people. No more than 60 hours of over time is allowed, but one person was working 7 days a week. Was told I couldn’t work on the shift with my husband but other couples worked on the same shift. Stay far away from this company. I should have learned from the high turnover rate. This place is mentally exhausting. Too much politics go on in this company. Point system is horrible. 3 points allowed in the first 3 months and don’t go off your record until a year later. No I’m house Human Resources. If are having a problem never go to a manager because they don’t do anything. They pick the side of the person that’s been here longer. Too much gossiping and trash talk, a lot of loud profanity cursing out workers.

Pros

A few coworkers were relatable and could commiserate over how bad things were.

Cons

Management was absolutely horrible. People have to get injured multiple times before taking a safety issue seriously. A guy died from a heart attack and they continue with business as usual without any consideration that the stress of the place contributed to his death. Supervisors played favorites and I got threated with writeups for nonsensical reasons, so I had to call HR multiple times. They were more interested in assigning blame to the client company and being combative than in actually learning to fix problems. There was practically no formal training. All of it except for a couple power point presentations was done on the job, and it occasionally resulted in contradictory instructions from the client's employees. Communication was generally horrible. I found myself saying multiple times "Tell me what you need and I'll do it." They wouldn't fix the issue of radios failing either, so I got blamed for failures when nobody could notify me of a problem. I guess that was too much of an expense for them to justify. The pay was a joke for the amount of responsibility put on this position. The sickday/attendance policy was a bureaucratic mess, and people got fired for taking PTO that was approved.
