Pros

None as I was not able to work my shift.

Cons

- Was supposed to work the Super Bowl, though ended up getting sent back home as the Super Bowl staff responsible for my personal information failed to print me a credential needed to get onto the stadium grounds. - Awful communication, with Super Bowl staff sending minimal emails with little information detailing your actual job responsibilities/duties and no call back numbers. The only detailed communication I received were directions on where to park and where to go once I was parked. - Supervisory/management staff voiced to new hires that they were completely unfamiliar with state labor laws in our zoom “training sessions” that took place during the most inconvenient times. I am mainly writing this review as a warning to those looking for jobs such as working a Super Bowl or other event as part-time minimum wage employee. The onboarding process and steps required for you to work may not even be worth your time. Even if you follow every step of the process that is required, the sheer lack of internal organization within this group may result in you not even being able to work or just having a pretty rough experience overall. Do not expect them to help you if something goes wrong, as they weren’t even able to help me even though I did everything right.

Pros

The people make the place. Best people ever. Also obviously awesome if you love football

Cons

They make everyone part time because they say they don’t have enough money to give people benefits. They made $23 billion last year btw.
