9yThank you for sharing your experience. I am disheartened to hear about your interaction with your manager. Yet, at the same time, your feedback about the branch (“great atmosphere and positive energy”) is aligned with the culture that NFM Lending strives to accentuate. You are correct (“every employee is as valuable… and needs constructive criticism and support from the management [team] to be more productive.”) With that said, we recently implemented quarterly scorecard reviews for managers to have honest feedback with their team member to ensure that we are facilitating open communication regularly. Again, this is a fairly new program, soon to be released at the branch level, we expect to have candid talks that increase employee engagement and management awareness. Here at NFM Lending, our goal is to continuously enhance the employment experience by listening to our employees’ feedback.
