In regard to the position, we provide a realistic job preview during the interview process, explaining all duties as clearly as possible as to ensure the employee is a proper fit for the position. As a receptionist, keeping the office professional and presentable to outside guests is a priority and maintaining said office is outlined in the job description. To “fire an employee without [reason]” is the polar opposite of our progressive disciple process and our commitment to fairness.
