For instance, we just recently announced the establishment of the Company Trainer, a new position at NFM. This role will serve to develop and distribute more innovative and exciting training programs. As you mentioned, we also place a high priority on our service work and helping our community. For example, we are currently collecting materials to send abroad for our 10th annual “Support our Troops” drive. As for the distance to NFM, though our reach has grown throughout the United States, you are correct, our corporate location is in Maryland and is quite a distance from Nevada. However, we maintain many practices that encompass all our employees, and work hard to engage our remote teams to keep them feeling included. We are extremely thankful for all our employee’s hard work and dedication, and remind them of that through recognition programs, such as the Engaged Employee award, which is given out monthly to individuals who go above and beyond for their team. We also take full advantage of technology to conduct video/internet meetings to mitigate the impact of the distance.
