Pros
very flexible with the hours, you can earn good money depending on the leads provided from your manager. you can learn alot about the business and the benefits are pretty cool all thing considered. I was lucky to have manager who put alot of time into making sure that the deals of his people got closed as quick as possible. how ever sometimes the corporate hurdles would and could drastically slow things down for us all.
Cons
the overall genral comission structure is sub par in comparision to other mortgage companies. the lead systems can use a major overhall. and the processing system is good and persise but can be a bit timley when you are looking to close a deal quickly. but the major deal is to raise the comission split and provide more leads and things could be good
