NFM has a great team of employees and I am proud to be part of it. We figure out ways to grow even though we are faced with tough challenges every day. Voted as one of Baltimore's best companies to work for. We get fresh fruit delivered once a week and the Flavia machine is awesome! n a nutshell, there is plenty of advancement opportunity in the company as long as you are willing to put in the effort and hard work.
Cons
As we continue to grow at a fast pace, we face the challenges that come with that. We work through those challenges as a team and are always trying to figure out ways to make the company better. Hard work, but well worth it.
