Pros
It's fun, the upper management always keeps things light. I enjoy the fact that Jan makes it around to all employees and truly interested in everyone.
Cons
Money, I know the rates are hurting us. I think the marketing is not hitting now either, I also understand that mortgage loan applications are on a large decline, because educated consumers understand that the rates are increasing and have already closed with a low rate.
