      Your schedule can be flexible. The culture is amazing here, everyone treats you like family. You are never stuck doing the same thing, every day brings something new.

      Cons

      Can be very busy, you must be prepared to work hard. But, the benefits of being here out weigh that. Not many con's honestly!
