Pros

At time of hire, I was flown to Maryland for hands on training with every single department. This speaks volumes. The Company made an investment in me from day 1. I wasn't thrown at a desk and told to get to work. I was given the proper training and tools to make my transition as pleasant as possible.

Cons

I would have liked to spend a little more time sitting with the Underwriters to get a thorough feel on what they like/dislike.

Thank you for your feedback. Training is important to NFM's employees' success and we make sure our employees have the necessary training to do their job properly.
