      Pros

      Everyone that I've come in contact with face-to-face or by email has been extremely nice. NFM provides lots of training upfront in order to get acclimated to your new position. My branch is small and the people that I work with are extremely nice. My manager is easy-going, which makes for a pleasant work day.

      Cons

      None so far, I'm a new hire :)
