Pros

Not many pros for me.

Cons

A serious lack of training makes it hard to be successful. Management was very wishy washy about how things were run.

Greetings, Former employee less than 1 year, Loan Originator Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. Considering that all Loan Originators undergo a 29-hour New Hire Training program, branch coaching, and company-sponsored continuing education, your comments are surprising to the training department and Branch Management. Additionally, all new Loan Originators attend a Week-One-Orientation (WOO) located in the Employee Resources Center on InSITE upon being hired in conjunction with their Branch Manager. The Week-One-Orientation is critical to acclimating and training our new Loan Originators. The convenience of training is innovative, as the Loan Originator completes each training module. At the same time, the Branch Manager follows and supports the training process. Moreover, our Secondary Department and Production Development executives communicate market conditions, the latest products, and customer-facing training weekly. If you truly have not received Ready. Set. Mortgage., approach to training, then we will investigate. Please contact your former dedicated Human Resources Generalist; we want to ensure all employees are engaged with our best-in-class training programs. Thank you.
