During my time there I saw job responsibilities more than double for processing employees, meanwhile the three people in charge of the branch took more vacations. While putting on meetings about how well the company was doing, how we were breaking ever goal, they would simultaneously slash or completely remove bonuses. Whenever there is a downturn in the market they immediately result to laying off employees, then placing their work on those that remain. No cuts are ever made at the top. They use Amazon gift cards to bribe their employees, marketing team, and clients/customers to leave good reviews on all sorts of social media, including Glassdoor.
