NFM is an amazing company! It is laid-back, family oriented, and I thoroughly enjoy coming to work everyday. The President of the company really cares about each and every employee. Everyday, he takes time to greet each employee by name. He truly cares about what is going on in the office. My immediate boss is hands-down the best boss I've ever had. He's very attentive, super smart, and he pushes us to our full potential. He wants to see everyone in his department succeed and he does everything he can to help us get there. He's easy to talk to and very reliable. I absolutely love this place and I'm so excited to continue growing here.

I wish the company had tuition reimbursement and some sort of employee program when buying a home.
