      the most relaxed place I ever worked at.

      Cons

      You would get direction one day and it would change the next. In a totally different direction. The company didn't know what it was or wanted to be.

      Remote work available, summer hours

      Promotions are surface level and not a lot of actual experience driven, resources lack, communication lack, decisions are driven by capitalism and not customer focused
