Pros

- everyone I have worked with has been really nice - pay is competitive - offers bonus - benefits are good (not sure about maternity, etc. but no complaints with medical, 401, etc.) - company culture is progressing - they've invested in D&I initiatives and the CEO is very involved and transparent - ability to work remote, in office, or hybrid

Cons

- your experience depends on what department and team you work with - not consistent - leadership can use some more training - not all people in leadership positions act as leaders, give proper guidance and mentorship - career path for certain roles are not clearly defined, no competency model, etc. - lack of consistency across organization on process, procedures, etc.

Pros

Out at 2 PM during the summer

Cons

Where do I even start with this company. I was hired as an account manager and explicitly told them during my interview process that I hadn't done this specific job in the past and needed a lot of training. My training was cut incredibly short due to unforseen circumstances with my trainer. After that I spent a month and half not receiving work or training and needing to beg for something to do. I had a direct manager who couldn't have cared less about me needing help and only ever contacted me when she had something to yell at me about. On multiple occassions I was berated for doing things wrong but no one ever stepped in to help me fix things or learn. Also when I was hired I was told I had to be in office 3 days a week to learn from people just to find out I was the only one who was forced to go in the office and no one else was ever there. After 11 months they told me I was being put on a performance plan despite no discussions about my performance prior to that. When I told them that no one had said anything the response I got from the VP of our department was "didn't you pick up on the hints". There were so many other awful things that I went through in the short time I was with this company. If you value your mental health do not get a job here.
